Marketplace & order terms

Ruyte operates a curated marketplace and also sells selected Ruyte-owned products. The product page and checkout identify the seller. Independent brands remain responsible for the accuracy, quality and fulfilment of their products; Ruyte provides the platform, payment coordination and customer support and does not avoid responsibilities imposed on it by law.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Submitting checkout is your offer to buy. The first email confirms receipt, not acceptance.

• —For an independent-brand item, acceptance occurs when the brand confirms it for fulfilment or the item is dispatched, whichever occurs first.
• —For a Ruyte-owned item, acceptance occurs when Ruyte confirms fulfilment or dispatches it.
• —Each seller’s items may form a separate contract within one checkout.

• —Processing: payment, inventory and order checks.
• —Production: making or finishing a made-to-order item; shown separately where applicable.
• —Dispatch: hand-off to the carrier.
• —Delivery: carrier movement after dispatch. Delivery estimates exclude processing or production unless clearly stated.

An item may be cancelled before acceptance for unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, a legal or shipping restriction, or inaccurate listing data. We will notify you and reverse or refund any captured amount for the cancelled item.

Items from different brands may be processed and shipped separately. Each parcel can have its own tracking, delivery date and return address. Any separate shipping charge is shown before payment; Ruyte will not add an undisclosed mandatory fee later.

Card payments are processed by Safepay using secure provider fields. Checkout identifies the exact settlement currency and amount before you authorize payment; a separately selected display currency is only an estimate. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or cross-border fee, and refunds are submitted in the original settlement currency.

A failed payment is not a confirmed purchase. Ruyte verifies provider status before showing whether you were charged. Stock and applied credits remain reserved for up to 30 minutes from the original payment attempt unless checkout shows an earlier release. During that period, use Retry payment on the same order; do not place a duplicate order. After release, return to the preserved checkout to create a new order.

Only methods displayed as available in checkout are enabled. Card and eligible Pakistan cash-on-delivery orders may be offered. JazzCash, Easypaisa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or bank transfer are not promised unless the relevant option appears in checkout.

Carriers, payment providers and linked services may have their own terms. That does not remove responsibility that Ruyte or a seller has under applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
