Give an eligible item
its next chapter.
Submit an item you already own for review by Ruyte or a participating brand. If it is eligible, you may receive an offer. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or resale.
Local handoffs only: Pakistan to Pakistan and Canada to Canada. Cross-border resale shipping is unavailable at launch.
The process
How Trade-In works
- 01
Choose an eligible purchase
Open Trade-In in your Ruyte account and choose an eligible delivered item from a participating brand.
- 02
Tell us about its condition
Add current photos and disclose wear, alterations, missing pieces, or damage accurately.
- 03
The submission is reviewed
Ruyte or the participating brand reviews eligibility and may request more information, make an offer, or decline it.
- 04
Accept the outcome
If an offer is made, review it before accepting. Collection, handover, and credit instructions appear in your account.

Accurate information helps the reviewing team make a fair decision and prevents avoidable delays.
- Use recent, clear photographs of the actual item.
- Disclose stains, damage, repairs, and alterations.
- Include accessories or pieces that belong with the item.
- Keep the item until collection or handover is confirmed.
- Use a receiving location in the same country where the original order was delivered (Pakistan or Canada only).
Questions
Trade-In FAQs
Can I submit any item?
No. Trade-In is available only for eligible items and participating brands. Eligibility depends on the purchase record, item category, condition, brand rules, and current programme availability.
Does submitting an item guarantee an offer?
No. A submission is a request for review. Ruyte or the participating brand may accept it, ask for more information, make an offer, or decline it.
Do I list the item directly on Ruyte?
No. Customers submit items to Ruyte or a participating brand. If an item is acquired, the receiving party decides whether it is suitable to be relisted. Not every acquired item is resold on Ruyte.
How will I be paid?
The offer and its form of credit are shown before you accept. Any credit may be subject to the participating brand's programme terms and can have usage restrictions.
Is Trade-In the same as a return?
No. Returns address a recent purchase under the Returns Policy. Trade-In is a separate resale programme for eligible items you already own.
What if my earlier store purchase is not in my Ruyte account?
Use Claim an Order in your account when that option is supported. The brand must verify the purchase before it can become eligible for Trade-In.
