Rewards, promo code & store credit terms

Each promotion can specify participating products, brands, countries, minimum spend, use limits and start/end time with timezone. Unless stated otherwise, one promo code applies per order and shipping, duties and taxes do not count toward a minimum spend.

Rewards, influencer codes and other promotions stack only when checkout allows it. Offers are not applied retroactively after purchase. Ruyte may correct a technical error or stop fraudulent or abusive use, while honouring accepted orders except where cancellation is legally permitted.

A return recalculates order eligibility. The refunded cash amount excludes the proportional discount; earned points may be reversed and redeemed points restored where appropriate. If keeping other items causes a minimum-spend condition to fail, the discount may be recalculated fairly across the order.

Ruyte may offer store credit as a case-by-case return, exchange, customer-support or resale remedy. Return-related store credit issued by Ruyte does not expire, is tied to the account, is non-transferable unless stated, and cannot replace a legally required monetary refund without the customer’s agreement. Contact support before closing an account with an unused balance.
