01
Prohibited products
Sellers and trade-in participants must not submit counterfeit, stolen, recalled, unlawfully imported, hazardous or rights-infringing products. Listings must not misuse another party’s images, trademarks, designs or text.
02
Safety and recall response
Ruyte may pause a listing, preserve records, notify sellers and buyers, coordinate a recall, restrict an account or report information where law requires. Affected customers receive remedy instructions based on risk, seller responsibility and applicable law.
03
Authenticity reports
Send the order or listing reference, photographs of product and labels, packaging, reasons for concern and any comparison evidence. Ruyte may seek seller records or qualified review. A tracking scan or seller assertion alone does not decide the case.
04
Intellectual-property notices
A rights holder should identify the protected work or right, the Ruyte listing, contact information, authority to act and a good-faith explanation. Ruyte may request clarification and provide a fair response process before or after removal depending on urgency and law.
